Description: This amazing growing recruitment agency is currently searching for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our ever-growing team. Due to a high-volume of business and internal growth, tare searching for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our primary division. This agency is an award-winning recruitment agency that was established in 2009 and is based in Birmingham City Centre. They are specialists within the recruitment sector and are dedicated to finding quality professionals in education, whilst supporting a wide range of schools and multi-academy trusts within the West Midlands area with their recruitment needs. An opportunity has arisen to join our primary education division, which is available for an immediate start. If appointed, you will manage a primary desk and support a range of schools in the Staffordshire area, with their recruitment needs. This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit an experienced consultant who has dealt with high-volume recruitment and developing new relationships. If successfully appointed, you will also be responsible for:•Recruiting and attracting a pool of skilled and inspirational Teachers and support staff i.e. Learning Support Assistants•High-volume client generation and business development of local primary schools•Managing client bookings, vacancies, and expectations across allocated areas•Building and retaining strong relationships with new and existing clients•Management of client visits with new and existing clients•Candidate generation i.e. using innovative sourcing techniques to generate candidates for early years vacancies•Organising open day events to attract candidates from the local areasTo be considered for this post, the successful applicant will possess the following:•A continuous, successful billing history in a similar role•Thorough understanding of the education sector•Exceptional sales skills and recruitment knowledge•Strong presence and high levels of emotional intelligence•Proven ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally•Self-driven with high expectations•Aspirational attitude with an appetite to succeedThis post has additional benefits accompanied with an impressive salary.
